**WAREHOUSE CLOSURE UPDATE: DECEMBER 30 – JANUARY 7**
The Haustopia warehouse will be closed from December 30th – January 10th while we work to making some upgrades.
Placing orders/Shipping: You can continue to place orders at any time at Haustopia.com. However, orders placed during the period from December 30th - January 10th, will not ship out until the week of January 10th. Please note that your credit card will be charged at time of purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your shipping and tracking confirmation to the email on file.
Returns/Exchanges/Replacement Orders: Customer service will not be able to process any returns, exchanges or replacement orders between December 30th – January 10th. If you have a return or exchange, or have an item that needs to be replaced due to shipping damages, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and they will respond to your request.
